She went above and beyond for recommendations for us. Assisted us with laundry, and provided a wonderful breakfast every morning. The location was absolutely perfect. Quiet, right by the train, and close to surrounding activities and restaurants.

Celý personál hotelu byl neskutečně milý,vybavení perfektní,k dispozici káva,čaj,lednice,mikrovlnka,hračky pro děti,žehlička atd. Fronalpstock Hotel & Restaurant se nachází ve Stoosu, 1922 metrů nad mořem, vedle 4er Sesselbahn Fronalpstock a 6er Sesselbahn. There’s a special kind of magic that begins when the last cable car leaves at 4 p.m. and you’re left almost alone at the top of the mountain. It’s an unforgettable experience. The views are among the most breathtaking I’ve ever seen, with beautiful hiking trails and even a playground right next to the hotel. The view from the room is incredible – you can relax on a sun lounger on the terrace and simply take it all in (there are even blankets for cooler evenings!). The staff were absolutely lovely. Special thanks to the kind waitress, the kitchen staff, and the person who welcomed us at check-in. They made our stay even more special. Breakfasts were tasty, and the dinners were truly delicious with prices that are reasonable by Swiss standards.

Location was great, it was right next to the train station, super convenient for moving around and close to a mall as well. Breakfast was fresh and filling, a great start to the day. Staff/Host were very kind and helpful, made the stay smooth and welcoming.

This place was delightful in every way. On arrival, we were greeted warmly by the host and one of her five children. We were shown around our room and to the kitchen, which we were free to use. The room was beautifully set up, with lovely touches including a jug of drinking water on the table, and some individually wrapped cookies, which were vegan (a bonus for us, as usually we can't eat any chocolates or cookies). A little later, the host came to see us again with another of her children, to collect our payment. Again, their interaction with us was extremely warm and friendly. The room had a wonderful wall-length heater, which kept it warm, and a really nice combination of lighting, including a standing lamp with a dimmable bulb, and bedside lights. The bathroom was immaculate. The shower screen was so clean that it looked brand new - it had no streaks or water/soap marks on it, and the towels were folded to perfection. We spent two nights here but could have stayed longer due to how lovely it was. On the morning of our departure, the host came to see us to make sure we said goodbye when we left. She was so friendly and lovely. I cannot fault this place at all; it easily deserves a 10 out of 10.
