Location: its location in a convenient and accessible area, near malls and restaurants however it feels very secluded when you are inside. Cleanliness: Clean and well-maintained property providing a comfortable stay. Comfortable accommodation: Comfortable beds, clean linen, and well-equipped room with smart tv (Netflix, Amazon Prime & Showmax), Wi-Fi, powerful fan, heater, hairdryer, bar fridge and microwave. Unique features: The guesthouse was the property of the world famous artist Walter Battiss which means it is something different. It has a beautiful garden and courtyard. Good value: Great price for an exceptional stay worth every cent and more. Hosts: Vincent and Darius are amazing making you feel right at home, not wanting to leave. Definitely recommend Battiss Guesthouse. We will be definitely see you again.

The room was large and comfortable. It had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. The location is in a gated community so the security was great! Access was easy and convenient thanks to Arthur & Nicky. I booked for a group of 10 and everyone was very happy with the rooms, the location and the service.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of home away from home. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, the service wonderful and location perfect! 64oM is 100% a home away from home. Hezette & Ben are thee most fabulous hosts and went the extra mile to make our stay one of the best stays we have ever had.     Al Vida Luka Luxury Guesthouse in Lukasrand Pretoria offered everything that you can expect of a guesthouse plus a lot more. Clean, comfortable, private and quiet. Irma went out of her way to assist us with a rather difficult situation by cleaning and moving a fridge to her garage for us to use for meat we had to keep cool during our 2 day stay. She showed real interest and compassion for my husband who had an operation in Jacaranda Hospital. We arrived as strangers and parted as friends! Rita van Molendorff

    This historical house is charming and well maintained, and our hosts were beyond wonderful. My mom had a bad fall (at another venue!), and they made her as comfortable as possible and checked in on her regularly when I was not around. Great location if you need to be near the university, and the suburb is beautiful and quiet. Breakfasts are yum! We were made to feel very welcome and really enjoyed our stay and interactions with our hosts. Will definitely be back!
