Location was a little further from the airport but it was still close & easy to get too via bus! Bus ride was cheap too 1.30/person Could see the ocean from our room window, location is very close to the beach

The best place to stay in Ostia. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable and just like in the pictures presented. The patio area is also a big plus as you can relax after a day to the beach which is just 5 minutes away. The area is also quiet and the only thing you hear are the lovely seagulls flying around. It is a place where you will definetely want to return as it will leave you with a positive impression.

Truly an amazing host and an awesome place! Fabio made sure we had everything we needed from a great breakfast spread, bathroom amenities and a free daily cleaning service. He was very attentive with our every need and fast to respond to any questions we had. The room was impeccable and thoughtfully decorated. We had a mini fridge, a safe and a good sized balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and unwind in the evening. Location is 5 minutes away from the beach and has many stores and good restaurants in the vicinity.

The host was great. He was in contact with us via WhatsApp. The check in and check out was easy and quick. We had very clear instructions day earlier so we knew how to organize our arrival. The place was very clean. Great place for a breakfast, two minutes from the train station and opened early, which was very convenient.

    The room was EXTREMELY clean and the owner super sweet and helpful. It is a really good place to stay if you looking for a quiet escape from the Rome City Center. The room had everything you need from hair dryer to cutlery and a small fridge. In the hallway there's also a washing machine, which comes quite handy if you're only traveling with small luggage.
