super cute place, the room was big and the bathroom looked brand new. All very clean with a nice smell. Above all, Claudia and her husband are simply made to be hosts, all about service and welcoming. Home made and tasty breakfast with a lot of treats available all day long. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

The location, view, and proximity to the lake, cafés and restaurants are great. The owner, Francesca, is amazing and very welcoming. Her restaurant referrals were the best. Her homemade yogurt and cakes are so good. Very cozy italian accommodation. Parking is easy around the building. I didn't have problems finding one during the day or night.

Everything! Newly done, or at least everything looks in perfect condition. Everything is as in the photos given or better!! * Breakfast was lovely. * Amazing views of the lake and mountains. * Very clean, comfortable bed, towels and linen. * Free parking. The property was unique and very interesting . Lots of old artefacts in the room and we had access to other rooms (that were communal.. but nobody else was using) . Particularly nice was a little balcony, covered in honeysuckle where we were able to drink our morning coffee !
