The lounge area was cosy and gave us a chance to relax. It was windy and raining the next day and through the night yet we didn't hear a thing. Our room was at the back and vey quiet. Definitely a notch above most B&Bs. Some of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a B&B. You have your own separate bedroom/building in their lovely estate. We didn't meet any staff members, but very clear instructions given for check-in. Some lovely cafes and a really quaint Italian restaurant all within a 2 minute walk of the hotel.
