I opened the door and immediately said "WOW'. It was like I had walked into a good quality hotel. Wished I was staying days. Blown away. Beds... Arhhhh zzzzz. Bathroom, very nice. Room size, spacious with study alcove. Decorated, with style. The common area was nice and comfy, with all facilities you need.

Great host. Gerard's place is a work in progress, alterations going on. This was not a problem. He was so obliging and we had some great conversations. A shame we only spent one night. Was able to make use of the kitchen which was a huge bonus. Gave us some great bread he had and sent us away with sparkling water and an Irish travel blessing. Thanks Gerard for sharing your home with us.

We are more than happy to have stayed at the Courtyard B&B during our short trip around Ireland. We had a very comfy stay after a long day of driving. The place is a bit off from the town but still very close so it's easy to find. We got in a bit late but checking in was super easy. Room was really nice and comfy too. Parking in front of the house was also smooth and free. Next morning when checking out Phyll the host recommended a wide variety of sights and activities nearby and from where we were heading. Very nice place to stay!
