Iva is the heart of the place. She leads the place with so much enthusiasm and love. The villa is beautiful and historical, so take that into consideration when booking. I requested an iron, and Iva allowed us to use the one in their laundry room. The location is excellent, merely 4 min walk to the marina/riva, 1 min walk to Lidl and DM. Less than 5 min beautiful walk to Čikat bay. Iva was gracious enough to recommend the restaurant to us, and we had amazing experiences there as well. Pool was a great bonus to wind down in the evenings.

Nice,friendly and kind hosts, who created cozy atmosphere; nice and clean room which was cleaned every day, around the house was very neat and clean, nice garden, the center of the town was very close; the beach approximately 10min of relaxed walking. Highly recommend :)

A lot has changed in Croatia, everything is expensive and the quality of services is poor, BUT WHAT I EXPERIENCED IN THIS ACCOMMODATION WAS GREAT! I only slept one night, I didn't even see the owner but she was amazing on the phone, she arranged everything and met my request to check in early...she was very nice and smiling...the room was beautiful with nice details

The accommodation is set in a beautiful garden. We looked out on to kiwi’s growing on the vine. The location is mid way between the beaches and the harbour making it an deal location The room was lovely with a great bathroom. The owner was very helpful with suggestions of places to visit.

Located directly at the end of the promenade. Only a few 100m to the center, enough distance to the live music in the center. It has also a small balcony with a great view of the town and bay. Very clean, very polite landlady.
