The owner was absolutely amazing in helping out all throughout the booking and the stay. My sister came over for my graduation, and when he couldn't find her a taxi to the University of Warwick, he was kind enough to drive her there himself. Could not be more grateful! Also, the food was very good, everything was clean and had an overall welcoming atmosphere (I particularly noticed the chic living room on the ground floor. Would totally recommend!

The location , the comfortable bed and room. The self service and preparation breakfast,plentiful choice. Maureen and Theresa very helpful and pleasant. Excellent value for money very clean daily room service. Loved it. Due to flight delays arrived at almost 1am but welcomed in.
