First ever visit to Cornwall and couldn´t be more pleased with the location we chose -Falmouth, and more specifically the accommodation which was Bosaaneth. David and Clive were splendid hosts, always polite and helpful, a fount of knowledge about the area, which helped enormously in planning our outings each day. The room was nicely warm and cosy, the bed really comfortable and the shower always hot. We had a sea view from the breakfast room, the beach and local shops were all within easy walking distance (even for an old fella with dodgy knees!) We had a brilliant week there. Have to say that the people we met in Cornwall could not have been nicer - even with GPS in the hire car we often found ourselves in very narrow country lanes seemingly going around in circles, so we were forever stopping to ask locals for some help and guidance.

The most welcoming hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Wonderful atmosphere and such lovely staff. My room was excellent and was very clean and welcoming. Right down to the tea and coffe bags. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was splendid. I loved it. Couldn’t fault it. Thank you sandy duck xx

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful guesthouse, and we can't recommend it highly enough! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and conveniently close to public transport. The guesthouse itself is immaculately clean, with a lot of attention to detail that truly enhances the experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast – a delicious start to each day with a variety of options to suit all tastes. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall, this guesthouse is a gem. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience. We can't wait to return!

Warm water in shower. You don't need to do anything it is just what you chose. Not too cold or not too hot. Just what you selected. For England it is rare 😂🤦‍♀️ I have not decided about the bed in the beginning it looks comfortable but in the morning i felt like all night was working on the fields 😂🤷‍♀️ but i just enjoyed the pain 😅 my first time with spring mattress. 🤜🤛 Many thanks that there was a parking ❤ (because it is very difficult to find something in London)

    Great location, wonderful views, and brilliant to be right there where everything is going on, and yet my bedroom was very quiet (it was a Monday and Tuesday night though!), and private. Really liked the recently refurbished rooms, contemporary and stylish, with great attention to detail (the old prints and postcards of Falmouth are very evocative). Generally very happy with everything!
