Lady at the reception was very friendly. Room was spacious and very clean. Shower was powerful and hot ! Restaurants on walking distance if you don’t feel to go by car. Parking in front of the hotel for free. Location perfect ! 5 min drive to the city centre.

The room is small but this was advertised. Nonetheless it was an excellent room. The bed was comfortable and everything including the shared bathroom was clean. The room is in an apartment with shared amenities which were also clean and well kept. It is also very close to Boscombe beach as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

The rooms were warm and impeccably clean. We had a long drive down from Bristol airport and when we arrived, it was around 5:30 pm; that didn’t stop it from being nice and quiet though, and it was quiet during the entirety of our stay. We received a warm welcome from David (and Pumpkin!) and a welcome card from Pumpkin with various bits to nibble on - this was next to a variety of tea, coffee, sugar cubes, and different milks. While we were out they replenished the tea and coffee, replacing the used mugs with clean ones. Everything was neat and organised. There were ample power sockets in the room, and there was a little box of “things guests often forget”including toothpaste, band aids, etc., and the kitchen had everything needed for meals. Lastly, a quote (verbatim) from my wife: “they had the comfiest pillows we’ve ever slept on and when I’m on my death bed I want those pillows to be the last thing I feel - David, please tell me where you bought them from.”

This was our room no8 not unsuite but shower and loo just a few steps from room ,exclusive to us.Not a problem. Breakfast plenty of choice to set you up in the morning .Hosts very friendly and helpful, would deffo stay again

Great hotel within a few minutes walk of Boscombe sea, restaurants and the O2 Academy. Room was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was ideal. Having parking included was very convenient too. Will definitely stay here again.

Wow.....Duncan is an awesome guy,an amazing host that makes you feel very welcome from the first minute. This is possibly the best place we've stayed at in boscombe, its clean, 5 minutes walk away from the town, 15 minutes walk to the beach, and the breakfast is great.....will definitely book again and would highly recommend 😀

Location perfect for access to Bournemouth, hot breakfast each morning. Owners always ready to assist with information on the area and 5 minute walk to main street where there were a number of good pubs. Off street car parking provided. At the end of the street was a headland & access to a beach.

I rate the entire stay as excellent, Debbie is a wonderful person who really cares about the hotel's guests. The room was very clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent (you could eat enough for the whole day). The information on the nearest restaurants and attractions was also helpful. I hope I will definitely come back to this hotel.
