As soon as I made a reservation Catherine informed me about the location, where to park and all details I need. She is so kind person and also she does her job with love. All details of the hotel, rooms, decoration, fresh water that renewed by Catherine everyday, caffe machine with lots of alternatives, so good breakfast were fantastic. We have stayed in this hotel before and loved it. It is on the edge of the Old Town so ideal for wandering the beautiful streets with all the bars and restaurants you could wish for. It is also very near mainstream shops, a supermarket (Mercadona) and it is just a short walk down the hill to the beach. The only downside is that it is quite a steep climb back up the hill after a day at the beach but we got to grips with the bus system on day 2 so it was plain sailing after that. The hotel has a beautiful roof terrace open 24 hours where you can sit and relax with a nice glass of wine (or tea/coffee if you prefer). Our room was a twin with a nice balcony overlooking the street and came with tea and coffee making facilities which is rare for Spanish hotels.

Wonderful huge villa. Stunning views from all rooms and from the pool and hot tub. Peaceful location. We had use of the amazing lounge and kitchen. Chris is a great host - very helpful and cheerful - he lives below but gave us privacy. Delicious breakfast kept us going till dinner. Amazing value for such an exclusive stay. Just be aware sat nav tried to take us off road -get the directions from Chris first.

Beautiful attention to detail, gorgeous little candles all over the hotel make the place smell heavenly. Lovely guy on reception makes you feel very welcome and like you've come home. The decoration is fabulous. A really unique hotel with very comfortable beds.

Great location and atmosphere snd staff were wonderful. Room was smallish but was all we needed for an overnight stay. It was clean and comfortable. We also had breakfast beside the pool and it was excellent. We loved our stay here.

    The included continental breakfast was very nice with cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cold meats, cheese, breads, fruit juice, pastries, tea or coffee. The location was fine for me being near Beniconnect bus stop from Alicante airport. They gave me the quiet room I requested. Dinner in the restaurant was very good.
