The hospitality was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was polite, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The buggy service around the resort was incredibly efficient and convenient — available at any time with just a quick call. The drivers were always so friendly, and it made getting around the resort so easy and enjoyable, especially after a long day of exploring. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean and tropical greenery. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the little touches each day made the stay feel truly luxurious. The food was another highlight fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully curated. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was delicious. I especially appreciated the variety of local and international options. Whether it was snorkeling with vibrant marine life, lounging by the beach, or enjoying a romantic dinner by sunset, every moment was memorable. Clean with beautiful scenery. Location is very near to beach and only few minutes from the town. The owner Pok Ali & Mak Su is very2 friendly, welcoming ang treat us like family. He waited for us to arrived, help us check in and also provide additional mattress and pillow since I have a baby. They prepare us breakfast for both days and even pack some for our journey back home. Very nice property and people. Definitely recommended.

A place really suitable for family. Kids will enjoy the pool and slide. While the adults can gather and chit chatting at the common dining area, which for us, our breakfast and dinner. A fully equipped common kitchen is also very convenient for everyone usage, with hot/cold water dispenser, fridge and even utensils for cooking. After a packed morning shopping at Pasar Payang, and river cruise, it was such a leisure time to be back to the chalet for the adults while kids started to play at the pool. Overall, we are looking forward to come again for our next trip to Kelantan.

Situated on a quiet beach, Alunan Resort offers a modern and tranquil experience. Soak in Perhentians' only infinity pool overlooking a cliff. The water is absolutely great ! Coral reefs at the pier are stunning. Staffs are all very nice and helpful. Food and drinks are good.
