The owner made the best of the view by putting the bed on a raised up platform. We loved relaxing on the bed taking in the incredible view. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is impeccably clean. The owner is friendly and sends good, clear communication.

Host so responsive to request for extra towels and advise on bike rental. Managed to park during our stay outside apartment, which was ideal. Very clean and comfortable.

APPARTEMENT 100 M DE LA PLAGE LE PORTEL se nachází v destinaci Le Portel a nabízí ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a TV s plochou obrazovkou. The location to the beach is fantastic. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We had a nice stay there and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The cot bed was in very good condition with nice matress and was set up ready for our arrival.

We were greeted at the door by a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome and totally at ease. This was Virginie and Pascal and whilst Virginie entertained us in the living room, Pascal carried our luggage up three flights of stairs. Also, as we took a shower, Pascal booked an excellent restaurant nearby and even walked us to it so we couldn't go wrong. The next morning, we were presented with a most excellent breakfast at a time that accorded with our ferry check-in time. This breakfast included their own exquisite homemade jams and marmalades, and Pascal had gone out that morning for fresh bread and cheeses that were well chosen for quality. Car parking was outside the door but, Pascal offered us the use of his private site around the other side of the house. This bed and breakfast is exactly what good accommodation should be and is run by a couple who care about their reputation and offer what they would expect themselves. Consequently, I have no hesitation in highly recommending Le Clos Des Mouettes. Well done Virginie and Pascal.

From the moment we met Anne at the train station, we were so touched by her warmth and caring, she picked us from station and took a tour to see the city and beach area, and next day her husband generously drove us from apartment to the port to board the cruise. The apartment is modern and beautiful and so clean, we had a wonderful overnight stay. Thank you so much Anne and husband , hope to see you soon again 🫶🫶🫶
