Beautiful and very comfy apartment. The apartment is big enough for two people. There were everything you need for a comfortable stay: shower gel, cosmetic discs, dishes, paper towels, coffee etc. The bed and pillows were good. Air conditioner worked perfect. There is also big terrace with chairs and table which allows to enjoy the evening street. Location was perfect for us: about 7 min on foot to the nearest city beach and about 10-15 min to the city center with cafés and restaurants. That allowed us not to use the car and to walk everywhere on foot. There is a parking just across the street. We have succeeded to find the free place. Special thanks to the host for the bottle of cold water in the hot day when we had just arrived. This is very welcoming:)

Excellent first experience of spending time on the sea. The 2 bedrooms were spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 adolecentss. We enjoyed the sunset, the shower on the pillar, the sounds of seagulls and the morning coffee on a short cruise that Niki and his assistant took us. Niki is a great guy, speaks excellent english and we found a lot about the history of Kavala and life at sea in general. Thanks a lot, guys!

Wonderful apartment in Nea Iraklitsa. Two rooms, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, everything is as in the pictures. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the rooms fitted with everything you need, The house is located in a new part of the town, so it is nice to have a walk from the breach. In addition, Nea Iraklitsa was a nice surprise, the most beautiful village we visited while travelling in North Greece.
