Ridgeview is a very beautiful boutique hotel, with a nice garden and a terrace with a view of the harbour. The room was very comfortable, with very convenient amenities provided and renewed everyday. The garden and terrace were very relaxing (if you do not mind the monkeys on the surface of the building), and just sitting on the terrace was a treat. The landlady, Vasantha, is a very knowledgeable and caring person who goes out of her way to take care of her guest. She gave me very valuable information about Durban and South Africa in general and took very good care of my safety during my stay.

I liked everything about the place and the shops and restaurants are close by my boyfriend didn't want us to leave early.he wanted us to checkout late which unfortunately it's didn't happen but we had a great time. and our host Njabulo was so helpful and the security at the reception was also helpful.

Modern, clean, great location and amazing hosts. True value for money. We had a 5 star experience and the hosts made sure we were more than comfortable.
