The kindest owners we have ever met from a hotel/homestay. The room was very comfortable and the aircon was so nice to have at the end of a long day. Breakfast was cake and coffee and a lot of it. On the day we checked out we were able to store our luggage and when we came back we just chilled out before getting an afternoon bus. The owners let us use the toilets and even brought us water and more cake for an afternoon snack. Then when we were leaving they gave us both a Paraguay souvenir. If I was ever to come back I would not hesitate to stay here again just an amazing property run by the kindest people.

Señora Wilma was the most hospitable, welcoming and caring host! The apartment was super clean, also it was pretty big, there are enough space for a few people. If needed you can find all the utensils for cooking,+ washing machine, blankets, towels, toilet paper and etc. The area was safe and quite, there is a supermarket and shopping mall a couple of blocks away, the bus terminal is also not so far from the house. Highly recommended and would love to come back again!

The apartment is perfect to relax, we loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay ! The big plus is without any doubt the pool on the rooftop with an amazing view on the river. The landlord is available to answer any question and we got the keys really easily. The location is good, near the river to enjoy a run and close to city center. There is a big supermarket nearby (10min by foot). The kitchen has few items but everything that we needed to cook our meals. We highly recommend ! For your information, the bed isn't a double bed. It was not a problem at all for us, but you need to be aware if you are used to sleep in a double bed 😉
