Really loved this apartment and I thought it represented good value for money given the quality.Beautiful views, clean facilities, location handy to town. Our wifi wouldn’t connect , but Hello Queenstown sorted the problem for us with ease, they were extremely pleasant and terrific to deal with, holding our bags outside of check in and out times.

The studio apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. The place was clean and check in was very easy. We were allowed late check out as well. Free parking on premises. Right on the lake. Some distance from Queenstown centre but that was not a problem for us. The bus stop and marina are just around the corner. Happy to book again.

We loved the lakeside view and the spacious balcony, where we enjoyed a few meals and peaceful morning coffees. The room was clean, tidy, and well-stocked with consumables. We also really appreciated the assigned parking spot, as it was very convenient (parking seems to be a bit tight around Queenstown). Additionally, the bus stop located right out front made it easy to travel to the CBD. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!
