Absolutely everything. The facilities are super clean, new and spacious. There is a kitchen that you can use as well as the living room. The best part is Sheetha and her daughter who makes this place so warm and special. If I’m ever in Kochi again, I’ll come back to that place. So lovely! A true home. Exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Very friendly, polite and attentive host Laxmi. Good location - very close to main attractions of the Fort Cochin area. Common kitchen with basic facilities was a significant plus. Comfy beds and clean linen, good AC and hot water 24/7. Everything is new and nice. Thank you for a lovely stay and care!

Great location in 10min walking distance to Fort Kochi. The hosts are very friendly and the selfmade breakfast delicous. If you need transportation they will also organise one for a fair price.

Josey's Homestay is a bit special - Josey and her brother really look after their guests - I had to leave for an early morning flight and they kindly made breakfast for me. They offer to do clothes washing if you need it for an extra INR 200. I could make tea in the littke kitchen and there is a communal dining / seating area. The rooms are simple and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower works well. I used the ceiling fan - if you need A/c their is an extra charge. I prefer fans. It was in a great location in the old Fort area and e cellent value for money.

Jose aka Joseph and Nimmy were excellent hosts. It's very centrally located and near to the main tourist attractions and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and have a tremendous air conditioning system. The balcony was an added bonus. A fresh breakfast is served on the roof top terrace with its amazing views. One final advantage about staying here is that Joseph is only too willing to help any tourist by organising and arranging things to see or do. Fantastic overall.

Beautiful place and very kind family. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to all main attractions in Fort Kochi. 8 min walk from ferry. Highly recommend Great value and brand new!!

The location is great and the staff are very very friendly and helpful. The manager is a great person helping you organise everything you need. The room was very comfy and cosy. Everything super clean and hygienic. I would recommend this place to everyone
