The room is small but this was advertised. Nonetheless it was an excellent room. The bed was comfortable and everything including the shared bathroom was clean. The room is in an apartment with shared amenities which were also clean and well kept. It is also very close to Boscombe beach as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Lovely apartment, well appointed with absolutely everything needed to stay for a couple of weeks. ..was able to cook up a lovely roast dinner.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. We stayed for 2 nights with 1 child and 3 adults. There were biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, and toiletries available. The kitchen was well appointed with a microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the crockery and utensils needed. The rooms were generously sized, particularly the master bedroom, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy with plenty of good pillows. Two bathrooms - bath & shower available. A nice selection of games (we enjoyed giant Uno!). The location was great - 5 min walk from Boscombe Pier and the beach, and 5 mins to the Bournemouth O2. About half an hour walk to Bournemouth pier along the seafront. Would highly recommend and will stay again if we return to Bournemouth.

The house is located in the quiet, cosy street, close to the Boscome centre and a short walk away from the seaside. The room has everything you need (and if something is missing, it's enough to ask - I was happy to find the iron and ironing board that I needed in the shared space). Duncan is a great and caring host. Breakfasts were not very diverse, but fresh and filling. A special "plus" for the tasty coffee :)

Debbie was very helpful and also checked bus numbers and time table. The place was quiet, clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but perfect for our 3 night stay. Restaurants close by, bus stop close by. Beach very close. Will surely visit again.

Lovely hotel. Exceptionally friendly owner. My room a triple was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, prepared fresh after ordering. Fresh fruits, coffee etc. Close to the beach.
