Really lovely property run by even lovelier staff. The room was warm and comfortable. There are also shared kitchens and a common space which was really nice. The property also is home to many cats! It’s close to the beach and restaurants. Probably the best place we stayed in in Albania.

perfect, new apartment in the central area of durres. everything fantastic. I spent a wonderful day in Durrazo, a fantastic seaside location, a wonderful new and very clean apartment in the central area, a stone's throw from the sea. host armando recommended us some fantastic places to visit. Without a doubt I would give a 10 to the house and the owner. I'm sure I'll be back..

We booked a sea view room which had plenty of space for 2 people. The balcony overlooking the sea was one of my favorites, as the view we had of the sea was amazing. The staff was super polite and super helpful, the breakfast also was varied and super tasty. What we liked mostly was that the hotel is next to the beach, and it was very easy for us to find a place on the beach. Everything was perfect and we were very pleased. 100% recommended and we will be back for sure.

Everything was just perfect. Clean room, comfortable beds, smooth communication. Greta was always ready to help out (she speaks English and Italian). The room provided towels, the air conditioner and the fridge was fully functional, and the wifi signal was excellent. The beach is extremely close as you can see from the map, and everything you may need (markets, stores, restaurants, etc.) is nearby.

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful it is to stay here. From the moment I got here I felt like i was at home. I originally planned to use this apartment as a place to stay and explore Albania over my 10 day stay. But due to health reasons I chose to have it a respite holiday instead. I felt so welcome the moment I walked in. Beautiful room with a wonderful view and a roof terrace which has a bar and is where we had breakfast. Best view over Durres day and night. Also set in a beautiful location. Xhulia is a rare find in a host and the staff who work with her Endre and Loco (i hope i have spelt that right). It was good to spend time here and talk and laugh with one and all. I met her son who gave me a tour of Durres after he finished work and we went out for a drink after. Meeting her husband towards the end of my trip was lovely too. Also going for food and drinks with Endre after his shift was a nice treat. The breakfast is just superb and everything is so fresh and tasty. I have plans to come back and stay here and I am glad to do so. I have only tipped the iceberg of Albanian hospitality
