Apartment is beautiful with lovely decorative touches that make it feel like home. Quiet neighborhood 2 min from the beach. Restaurants, bars, massage spas, surfboard rentals abound! Jade, the sweet manager, was priceless. She gave me valuable tips and assisted with tuk tuk rides, WiFi issues and a late checkout. Pryantha the dedicated tuk tuk driver was also amazing! Bed and linens were Uber clean and comfy, AC worked great and hot water was plentiful. Small “kitchen” in the apartment is Sparten but ok for coffee, fruit and tea. And who needs to cook in Hirikatiya?? There is a lovely balcony for guests to sit and have coffee in the morning, and watch the unruly monkeys that live in the eves. A very peaceful bungalow.

The staff was super friendly, the hotel premises were so beautiful and lush, the pool area is also super lovely and calm, and the breakfast was delicious! I just loved the ambiance of the place and how it was so green... the view from the room's balcony overlooking the jungle was also amazing. The location is great, as it is a short walk to the main Hiriketiya Beach (although it should be noted that it is downhill to get there and uphill to come back), but you really don't realize once you are inside the premises how close to the road you are as it is so calm. I also really liked the fact that the room we stayed in had a kitchenette and a dining table, because even though we didn't use the kitchenette this time, we made use of the dining table by ordering from some neighboring restaurants who delivered the food right to our door. Lastly, we went with two kids, and I really enjoyed the fact that many of the other guests staying at the hotel were also families with kids.

Eraeliya Villas & Gardens a boutique oceanfront beach resort in Weligama South Sri Lanka offering accommodation for up to 22 guests while ensuring personalized care for each visitor. We enjoyed one day in the beautiful place. Villas and the main building are well decorated. Territory is clean and relaxing. Beautiful pool with a great view to the ocean. Rooms are good enough but to get the most of this hotel I would better book the room on the second floor of the main building. Breakfast was nicely served outside, food was good.

We stayed here as digital nomads. Excellent Wi-Fi, quiet surroundings, yet close to cafes and surf schools. The pool is amazing — we swam every day!

La Playa Studios Hiriketiya se nachází na výhodném místě v destinaci Hiriketiya a poskytuje terasu a výhled na moře. Jen kousek odtud se nachází Pláž Hiriketiya Beach. Beautiful view, lovely room & bathroom. I stayed with a friend but would be very romantic as a couple! staff were super helpful & friendly. The included breakfast was a big bonus!

Nomads Hideaway Near Matara Railway Station se nachází v destinaci Matara a nabízí zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a výhledem do zahrady. Welcoming hosts made us feel at home from the moment we walked through the gate. The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets, cold AC, and is a decent size. The bathroom is also very clean with a good shower and plenty of water pressure. It's convenient to the train station (maybe a ten minute walk) and to shopping. We had to leave very early in the morning, and the hosts were up, with tea, waiting to wish us well and off a ride to the train station. Very lovely stay!

I had the pleasure to be the first guest of clayleaf apartments and I loved my stay here so much! It felt like my second home away from home, the apartment is super stylish and Danujaya put so much love in this place with attention to details. He and his family are very kind (for example one night his mother cooked dinner for me) and Danujaya replied fast to my messages and was very helpful. He is planning on opening a café upstairs and opening four more apartments. The apartment had everything I needed - a kitchen, a small outdoor area, a cozy bed and a nice bathroom. I stayed here for almost three weeks and I will for sure return here when I come back to Sri Lanka. Thank you Danujaya 🌞
