    Amazing place! We booked studio apartment (located in new building with parking) on 13th floor which is located in expensive snd famous Pechersk area in Kyiv. Extremely clean, modern and nice view. Keys were taken from security guard in the underground parking (and left there when check out). Bath room, kitchen, double bed (dark curtains that is good to sleep well), welcoming water and tea-coffee-mini chocolates. We were fully satisfied and will definitely choose this apartment next time!

    Property had great location and was in great condition in general. Apartment had great modern design, there is subway just a minute away. There is a great coffee shop near the building and grocery store. The owner of the flat is very nice and easy to communicate with.

    When I arrived at the apartment, I was happy to find it was exactly as advertised. The studio apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy. It was also well furnished with a wonderfully comfortable bed, a couch, TV, dining table, and a kitchenette that had all the essential appliances and cookware I needed for my short stay. The apartment’s location was very convenient, I was able to walk to numerous shops, restaurants, also parking free and secured
