Good communication and fast check-in. One iof the best points of this location is the private and safe parking place. That avoid parking stress and parking fees at Zadar. The room is very goid situated; 10 min walk to historical center and to the beach Kollovare. The climated room in a business center is modern, wirh a lot of comfort and cosy. In our mind, it is the perfect location for a stay of several days at Zadar. Nearby good restaurants and cafés. Thanks to tthe host for his hospitality.

The place was great, amazing apartment, really clean, great amenities and really good location (c.10 min walk to Old Town). Host was wonderful, easy to talk to through Whatsapp, and left a few goodies in the apartment for me. Would definitely stay again if i go back to Zadar and recommend.

Stunning looking apartment, modern, very close to Zadar's bus station and center, secluded enough to be away from all the noise. Great layout, well-equipped, comfortable bathroom. Spotless clean and tidy. Excellent communication with owner, and could not have asked for a greater host: kudos to Stjepan, who provided everything I needed for and more! Not a single fault within my stay: definitely recommend! Thank you again Svirčić family for a wonderful stay!

    Needed a short stay because of our flight delay, so we booked the apartment several hours before checkin. We were grateful for being able to checkin a little bit earlier than the set time as we were very tired. Flat was clean and had everything we needed.

    Location was great - one road to beach. 25 minute along promenade walk into the old town which felt very safe. One track down to quiet beach, 10 minutes walk to lively beach with games/bars etc. Compact but spacious studio flat with everything you could need. Good bedroom with storage, spacious kitchen/lounge area with high ceiling and a mezzanine second bedroom (steep stairs/low ceiling!) We were in the upper floor apartment. One way street system in with a car, and safe carpark very near by.
