Breakfast can be ordered until 17:00 the day before (French, savoury or vegan for 13 Euro each) and is delivered at 7:30 outside your room. Free coffee, tea, cocoa and purified water in the communal kitchen/living room area all day (10:00-midnight). Room has a functional kitchenette with capsule coffee maker, microwave, sink & big fridge. The Marshall bluetooth speaker in the room is nice, as we could play our own music. We didn't miss the TV, and are not even sure if the communal "living room" on the ground floor has one. It has a record player and other things (like books and games) which give a slight feeling of "90s retro", yet it's very tastefully decorated. The communal courtyard terrace with lemon & orange trees is very nice for a quiet break. The location is in a quiet side street between the hip Cours Julien bar and party area and the narrow streets of Noailles with their many African and Arab shops and restaurants. It's not far to the Vieux Port and the main shoping streets and in the neighbourhood you can also find supermarkets and late shops. Olivier the manager was super nice and he insisted on helping us carry our bags inside. He was always busy but extremely friendly and always happy to help.

Great location in the center of the city. Easy to reach by metro. The staff, Marc and his team, are so welcoming and hospitable. The flat was well planned and felt spacious despite actually being quite small. Lovely interior furnishings.

It was spacious at the same time nicely stylish and spotless. I definitely loved the jacuzzi in the room which was spotless and helped us relax after enjoying Provence the whole day. There was also sauna that we didn't use because it was more convenient just to go outside to warm up :-D. Communication with the landlord was very good and she was ready to help us with anything - we didn't need almost anything though as all was arranged and well described.

    Very well located, 5 minutes walking distance from the Old Port, and from some of the local places of interest: the la Major catedral, the Mucem, the Panier with all its restaurants and bars. Clean and well-equipped studio flat, with central heating (we were there in early April) and very nice modern bathroom. All in all very good for a short stay.

    This is a lovely modern apartment, spacious enough for a short stay. The kitchen area is well equipped and the washing machine was very welcomed although no tumble dryer (there is an airer which we used). The location is fab and close to all Vieux Port amenities.

    The flat has an excellent location, in center but not noisy at night.The common areas (staircase) was nice and really beautifully clean (without cockroaches). The apartment was a little poorly cleaned but the bed linen was really clean. We loved the balcony accessible from the entire apartment. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. WARNING: The apartment is on 4th floor with 107 stairs. Really good 3-4 trainings for day. Nevertheless, we were extremely satisfied with this stylish apartment.
