Awesome location, beautifully furnished, properly cleaned and with a very nice and helpful staff. The place has everything you need for a several days stay, kitchenware, cleaning equipment etc. The bed was SUPER COMFY. The pool on the top is small but is great to have for a quick splash and refreshment during hot hours when you're not in the mood for beach. Even though it's only 3 mins away from all happenings, the street is pretty quiet and you can properly relax.

The property was modern, clean and tastefully furnished. The stay was incredible and the facilities of a very high standard. Bedding was comfortable and everything you need for a good stay is available. Abdel who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. We left our luggage as we were early and he even took it up to the apartment while we were out. Can’t wait to stay here again and will definitely be recommending this to friends and family.

The apartment was clean, just the right size, the bathroom with a shower looked renovated, a balcony with a table and chairs for a pleasant atmosphere. A capsule coffee machine, pouring machine, air conditioning are also available. A kind Landlord offered me a ride when the taxi let me down. The beach is a long walk away.

That cosy studio turned out to be a hidden jam in the old Alicante. Close to the castle, close to the beach… great location for shopping and sightseeing. Totally loved the place - style and colours. The studio looks even better than on photos. With its cosy atmosphere we felt like at home. Please note the Comfy bed. In addition all elements and items in the studio are carefully selected with great taste from sheets to kitchen equipment. Highly recommend.

    We booked the smallest apartment for a 4 day city break which was well equipped for self catering although we ate out. Flat screen smart TV’s in the bedroom and lounge which we used to watch the odd programme through YouTube. Fantastic location a 10 minute walk to the port and close to restaurants, bars, the magnificent Alicante market and the Tram which, should you want, takes you all the way to Benidorm along the coast. Good communication from the owners who provided a telephone number on arrival in case of problems.

    Great Location. Decent sized, well designed Studio Apartment. More than adequate facilities, Microwave Oven and Cooker and very good Shower and bathroom. Great to have laundry facilities, especially the tumble dryer. Nice view and nice and flat outside for getting around, with easy entry into the block. We had a problem with a leak in the kitchen sink. Phoned the response team about it. They sent somebody quickly and it was sorted fast. Good.

    The apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday with exceptional views from every angle. Clean and comfortable, bright and airy, close to the Tram for transportation to Alicante and other areas. The condominium is within easy walking distance to the local Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona stores and there is a beach directly across the road.
