This spacious studio unit provides great convenience with nearby stores, banks, and restaurants. The lobby is clean, and the Olympic-sized pools are a nice feature; they charge a very small fee, but I honestly don't mind because they are clean, well-maintained, and not crowded. Inside, you’ll find Netflix and basic kitchen utensils, along with complimentary coffee made with their French press, using high quality coffee grounds. Definitely a good choice for a comfortable stay!

I actually really didn't expect that much but I'm happy how it was beyond my expectation. The photos posted of the place doesn't do justice! The actual place is nice, it feels like a home, having my own bedroom, kitchen, sofa, and my wet clothes got dried easily despite the ongoing heavy rain. Clean and proper. I will definitely come back!

La Vie Riche Holiday Homes - Cozy 1BR Apartment near MOA ligger i Manila, 15 minutters gange fra SM Mall of Asia Arena og 1,7 kilometer fra SM By the Bay fornøyelsespark. We had a minor issue during check-in—it was partly our own situation since we didn’t have a local Philippine SIM card, so we couldn’t call the host directly. We had to communicate our arrival time only through Booking messages. Despite that, the host was very warm and proactive—they came to the lobby to find us and personally brought us to our room. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The location is very close to Mall of Asia, which was extremely convenient since we had an early flight the next day from Manila. The neighborhood felt safe and lively—we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Manila!
