The air-conditioned studio features a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave and fridge. It has a dining and lounge area with a TV and a DVD player. Also on offer are ironing facilities, a desk and a bathroom. Excellent location, the views from the room were outstanding - ocean front, very private and quiet (we were on the 4th floor). Easy remote check in, allocated parking spot in the garage. The apartment itself was very clean and modern and well equip. Couldn't fault anything about this stay :) Top tips - Ocean Reach Brewery was really great for beers, and we really enjoyed all the wonderful nature parks which are well worth visiting.

The property is within 5 minutes’ drive of Phillip Island Wildlife Park and Cowes Golf Club. The Koala Conservation Centre is 8 minutes’ drive and the Phillip Island Vineyard and Winery is 13 minutes’ drive away. I believe our unit on the 3rd floor was recently renovated. The management team was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook for a family of four. Good quality fridge, stove, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, kitchen utensils, dining table and sofa. The washing machine and dryer were a bit dated but in good working condition. Good quality bath/shampoo gel. The apartment was very clean. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
