We got off to a bit of a strange start @ Kove... received a message early in the day saying we could check in early as our room was ready. We didn't arrive until after 5 so they arranged a lock box key pick up. However when we went to the ground floor studio we had booked the room was unmade from previous guests. I made a call and spoke to a very apologetic & embarrassed staff member who assured us she would get right back to us after speaking to her boss. We walked up to the pub to wait and had a call back in less than 10 minutes...we were upgraded to the 3 bedroom suite with incredible views. Couldn't have asked for a better solution, turns out a cleaner had gone home sick and it was somehow missed that the room hadn't been made up.

Very close to the venue near Wollongong Harbor and super clean room that was spacious as enough for one person and had all the amenities I needed. Staff was super helpful and supportive for a foreign traveler.

Quest Wollongong is situated in the heart of Wollongong, 450 metres from Wollongong Beach, a 2-minute walk from the CBD, shops and cafes of Crown Street and Keira Street. The location was great. The staff was fantastic, so accommodating, nothing was too much to ask for. The room was exceptionally clean and large and appliances all looked new.
