Especially the staff who helped us check in at the front desk (I think her name is Johanne), she was very professional, welcoming and had exceptional multi-tasking skills! She remembered our names and always said hi to us with a big smile. The hotel in general is very nice as well, clean, good location, comfortable room. We are very satisfied!
