This place is a true paradise! The staff are incredibly friendly, always greeting you with a smile and a warm hello. The food is fantastic, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. The resort offers an array of enjoyable activities that vary from day to night. I participated in two art workshops and had a great time. There's also an opportunity to book wind sailing, which I highly recommend everyone try at least once – you might even spot sea turtles! While this activity is complimentary, I strongly suggest tipping the staff as a token of appreciation for their excellent service.

Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

Čudovito obmorsko letovišče se nahaja v prekrasnem predelu Punta Cancun ob Karibskem morju, kjer lahko uživate na beli peščeni plaži in v kristalno modri vodi. I don’t remember in my life staying at a hotel with such a dedicated and competent team. May this message be passed on to all the staff. From the maintenance worker to the waiters in all the restaurants. We were greeted with a ‘good morning,’ a hand on the chest, and a smile the whole time. Everything worked wonderfully well.

We stayed as a couple in the Adults only Hideaway section with Diamond Club service- and we literally pampered! We keep coming back to this resort for it's safety, food and entertainment variety , Spa services , and sheer niceness/ attention to service of staff! Special shout out to Enrique and Marlon our butlers for taking care of even our smallest needs and desires!

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is a AAA's 5 Diamond Award Winner property with 13 outdoor pools, 6 à la carte gourmet restaurants, a buffet restaurant, a Coco Café, a Barefoot Grill and a... Beautiful resort, calm and sophisticated, high quality service and food. Definitely one of my most favorites stays

This Kempinski Hotel Cancun features 2 outdoor swimming pools, a spa and a private beach. It offers modern rooms equipped with an iPod docking station, CD player and cable TV. Everything, 1st the staff 9all of them) were amazing from the moment we arrived, wonderful service, warms welcomes everyday , they made the trip special and enjoyable. All areas of the hotel were very nicely kept, very clean and comfortable. Food, all restaurants were excellent.

Odkrijte to edinstveno letovišče v sproščenem okolju predela Riviera Maya ob oceanu. Namenjeno je le odraslim parom, oblačila so neobvezna. Before going we were sceptical of all the glowing reviews but, seriously, absolutely everything is on the highest level- our room was very comfortable & spacious- a perk of booking here we understand! ;), the facilities are luxurious, very well planned & maintained, the food isn't on the absolute highest level but still excellent (esp the breakfast), the direct contact staff are all amazing: always super friendly & helpful, and we met so many cool cool people among the other guests. Highly recommend.
