Georgia affectionally known as “the dog“ as the concierge who made it her business to make sure we were always comfortable and satisfied. Her big smile and warmth made us feel like family after just a few days and her generosity made our stay even more special and memorable. Betty was also another staff member at the executive pool area who was always hard-working and again wanting us to be comfortable. The lunch buffet was absolutely incredible with so much food and variety of food. The grounds of the hotel, including the pool area and the. Indoor and outdoor lobby areas with comfortable couches and tables for people to spread out. It was nice seeing people in the evening sitting together having drinks, playing cards or just conversing. The breakfast was also absolutely amazing.

The room was comfortable and the breakfasts and lunch buffets were wonderful. The property was very clean and had a lovely feel to it. The pool was excellent. It was a good location for us attending a wedding down the road.

Kiani Beach Resort má ideální polohu na pláži Kiani, jen pár km východně od centra města Chania a starého benátského města. Perfect and comfortable stay. Very relaxing. Good taste food (not super fancy, but delicious, with local flavor). We took the plus all inclusive and it was great. Staff very friendly. Room very clean and spacious. Mini club was great as well.

Super location between Platanias main street and best beach in the "area". Good coctails in the bar & local "stomach friendly" beer ; ). Nice food and very clean buffet restaurant with amazing seaview ! Gluten free food was well marked and multible choices ! ! Seaview from studio room balcony was stunning ( see sunrise picture from our balcony in pictures... ! very good gym, wifi worked well...I could continue this list all day ; )

I booked the VIP room with private pool for our honeymoon, and I can honestly say it was worth every euro. The room was elegant, with a minimal yet warm design. Waking up to the sunrise over the sea and dipping into our own pool was pure bliss. The breakfast was delicious — we even tried the floating breakfast , which was such a special touch. The staff surprised us with a bottle of wine and flowers on arrival — such thoughtful gestures. We will definitely return.
