Moustafa upgraded us to a sea view room that was really nice. The hotel is super clean, food was nice with a big variety. I was celebrating my father’s birthday and the guest relations arranged for us a complimentary cake. Also checkout was fast and easy, Michael was very helpful. The beach and infinity pool are breathtaking. I liked the adults only areas where it was quitter and more relaxing.
