All staff are 10/10, they are so helpful and they are really doing their best to make you feel welcome and provide you all you may need during your stay. I have to mention mr Haytham from front office which number i got when we booked our stay and our entire 12 days that we spent there he was link with hotel and he was there for all our questions and requests. He even upgraded our room for free, which by the way we didn’t ask for but anyway he gave us one of the best rooms with most amazing view and location in resort. When we booked our stay i was really shocked by the rating they have on both booking and google, but after these 12 days all is clear and we will definitely come back in close future. We liked the cleanliness, the pools, the activities, the diving center next to the hotel and the spa. The staff was very nice and the food and drinks were very good, we didn't get sick. I would highly recommend this ressort ! The gym is also nice

Super clean and modern, the most friendly and helpful staff. We upgraded to a swim up suite and it was the best decision, especially having the people at the posh club take care of us.

Phenomenal hotel, staff and location. The beach was so calm and pristine. The beach was calm and warm enough for my 3 and 7 year old children. I cam with my entire family from Canada. We will be back for sure next year. The food was out of this world for every meal. The rooms were so nice and well designed. Everything about this resort I loved and I cannot say that about any resort that I have ever been to.

Our experience at Jaz Soma Beach Hotel was perfect in every way. Our room was spacious for three adults and impeccably clean. The sandy beach was stunning, and all the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Our main consultant, Rahim, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. On our last day, one of us wasn’t feeling well, and we had a late check-out; Rahim made arrangements that allowed us to relax and enjoy our time despite the situation. We are so grateful to Rahim and the entire hotel staff for making our visit to Hurghada truly unforgettable.

We’ve got complementary room upgrade and late checkout. Friendly staff starting from reception ( Remon, Miriam and Maged) and the rest of the staff friendly helpful and positive. Housekeeping was good ( Mohamed did his best to make our stay comfortable). Italian restaurant was one of the best things we've experienced at the resort. The main restaurant food was good and always available. Heated swimming pool with the bar in it very enjoyable.
