The staff who checked us in Abdullah and until check-out had taken extra care of us and all the front desk with other hotel staff were very helpful.

The resort is just great for families with small kids. The pools are perfect, the beach is incredible, and the rooms are large and comfortable. I would like to thank everyone for the great, professional, and warm welcome. Special thanks to Ismail at reception, and to Mohammad, who kindly met us at the airport and brought us to the resort despite our two-hour delay. I also want to thank Esther for patiently answering all my questions before our arrival. A heartfelt thanks to all the restaurant staff as well – truly warm and highly professional.
