One would not really expect individualized service while being in a large hotel, but I was taken away by how the employees here went above and beyond to ensure the guests’ comfort and requirements were met. They also made a vast facility feel intimate and welcoming. The excellent service was greatly appreciated. You have provided me with numerous reasons to be grateful. Staf was very polite and friendly. Breakfast and lunch was delicious. Hotel is big with a lot of activities. I will recommend it to everybody. 😊
