This hotel is amazing. We have no negative feedback. The staff are absolutely amazing. We want to give a spacial thanks to Mandarin, he was so kind and extra attentive to any needs we had. I put inna request for my partners birthday and they went over and beyond for this. The next time i visit i will definitely be booking here and will be brining my parents with us :) we really recommend the hotel, it is worth every penny. Lots of restaurants near, a supermarket next door with super friendly staff. We loved our stay here :) thank you so much to all the staff for making our stay thank extra special 🙏🏻

The resort is absolutely beautiful, staff was amazing, extremely polite and helpful. There was a large array of food with each meal and the room was exactly as the photos. Highly recommend going here, 10/10!

We certainly had an amazing time in Stella Palace. As soon as we got there, the staff was lovely and as we arrived late night, the restaurants were already closed, so they provided us some snacks in our room… Amazing pools and activities to get involved there specially for children, which is awesome for a family with kids!! Food and bar was 10/10, the staff at Poseidon works very hard to attend the high demand and are very polite and attentive, always serving you with a smile on the face. Outdoor gym I loved, well equipped and beautiful. The waterpark is extraordinary, we spent a lot of time there having fun. The accommodations are really great and clean (we stayed in a family suite with pool view). We highly recommend and definitely want to come back!!

The hotel was great, ever since you step inside you feel welcome. Someone meets you at the door and takes your ID for an easy check in. For us it was Gorgos, amazing service from this gentleman! Then he proceeded to guide us to our room while showing and explaining the rest of the hotel. Room wise, not the biggest rooms, but impeccably clean and great looks. The main pool was great, not too full, water all day clean and warm due to the hot weather. Bar service was splendid, you can order from the pool even. Good variety of drinks, including cocktails. Food wise we were also very surprised. It’s not the normal bad quality food all inclusive, it has amazing quality, the a la carte menu helps a lot with this since the food is always made when you order. For dinner we had the Seafood restaurant and the Steak one, both were great, with special mention to the steak one. Overall an amazing experience, tried to rebook already for next time, but it’s really full, which demonstrates the quality of the hotel. Keep it up👍🏻

Buildings and rooms are clean, modern and decorated with taste. The food was great with a lot of choices. The entertainments were great.

Everything was at superlative. Very varied and tasty food. The room very clean, cleaning room service every day including change of sheets and towels. Very polite staff, all behave as a big family and indeed make you feel really good.  I have never met such a kind staff. The hotel is near the beach, 1minute distance. The beach is very nice and there are a lot of restaurants, bars, night clubs in the area, this is a very animated area. We will come back for sure. We fall in love with Crete!
