Had really grate breakfast. Staff was very helpful. All available facilities were clean and in good condition. If I'll return in Gran Canaria, I'll definitely stay here again. Bonuses - had a free parking nearby, but also was available pay parking in their territory.

We got the room we’ve booked for “the see view” The hotel was clean, quiet and there staff are very friendly. The receptionist was so lovey and welcoming I’ll definitely go back there gain.

taking away the unhappiness at check in… Everything else was fantastic. The hotel needs some TLC but other than that everything was fantastic. The room was always cleaned. The pool bar was great always playing cards with my family and having nice drinks thanks to the barman special thank you to the receptionist Marta she’s just a a lovely girl. Snackbar had good opening times and you could always have pizza, hotdogs, burgers, chicken nuggets, olives, salads and sandwiches - even if you missed breakfast or lunch or dinner. Nobody complained if you took food and drinks from the snackbar to your room and enjoyed them on your balkony. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Cosmetic salong at the pool was a bonus, so I could have pedicure done there. Also massage salong was there, but since they have only one very good therapeut there, appointments are difficult to arrange. The game room for children was very good, well equipped. I liked the size of our room - it was big enough for 3 adults(on of our children is 19) and 1 child (8-years).And we had enough storage for 6 suitcases. The buffet was sufficient for us - I liked that they had 3 fish options every meal and we eat mostly that + seafood for dinner. The child and 19-years old boy were also satisfied with the meal options.

So nice place! They make for us upgrade :) Apartment was just nice with everything what we need and view on ocean was so nice! Swimming pool 🏊 is on 6’th floor and there is no problem with chairs :) receptionist and all workers were so much helpful and nice !! :) if you want nice spot choose this apartment :)
