Phenomenal hotel, staff and location. The beach was so calm and pristine. The beach was calm and warm enough for my 3 and 7 year old children. I cam with my entire family from Canada. We will be back for sure next year. The food was out of this world for every meal. The rooms were so nice and well designed. Everything about this resort I loved and I cannot say that about any resort that I have ever been to.

I had the most lovely moment at the Albatros White Beach. All the staff was extremely friendly and made me feel at home at all the moments. The whole structure of the resort is impeccable. It's very comfortable, great service, great everything. definitely a place to return!

The staff was amazing, always smiling , welcoming and helpful. Mohammed Ramadan at the reception, Ayman , Mahmoud , Basyouny and Taha at the restaurants. Ayman made my day by the making the Barbarian tea 🍵 in the morning. The place is very organized, spotlessly clean. The scent at the lobby is refreshing. They offer a good variety of food in the main restaurant. Fruits are fresh and delicious 😋 They serve authentic egyptian food which I really enjoyed. The beach ⛱️ is a piece of heaven and is very good for swimming 🏊‍♀️, not deep.

We’ve got complementary room upgrade and late checkout. Friendly staff starting from reception ( Remon, Miriam and Maged) and the rest of the staff friendly helpful and positive. Housekeeping was good ( Mohamed did his best to make our stay comfortable). Italian restaurant was one of the best things we've experienced at the resort. The main restaurant food was good and always available. Heated swimming pool with the bar in it very enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my stay , the staff are wonderful and friendly big thank you to Amr from the concierge section and to Ayman and Doha from the reception they were amazing and helpful i really advise all my friends and family to go to Sunrise Aqua Joy because it is a beautiful resort for everyone from family to honey moon couples or seniors the food was delicious variety of choices, the entertainment was fabulous , the staff were so nice and serviable .Also, i would like to say a big thank you to Mr Saied Garhi, the hotel manager, for his presence and his warm welcome to all his guests he made me feel very welcome and valuable customer. I am overwhelmed with the overall teamwork and very much appreciated. Thank you very much for making my holidays very special and looking forward yo seeing you soon .
