It is my go-to hotel for accommodations whenever I travel to St. Croix for work. The hotel provides a quiet comfortable environment for rest and relaxation. My stay was exceptional, and room was spacious, it had a desk and other amenities but, I like that I was able to sit at a desk to get some additional office work completed. Notably, there is a restaurant on the property, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, I did not get to dine at the restaurant during my stay but, I have eaten at the restaurant during in the past. The food is great, and they have great menu options. Lastly, the Caravelle staff is professional, helpful, and informative especially the front desk agents. I was a little worried about getting stuck on the island because Hurricane Erin was traveling and expected to come near the Virgin Islands. The front desk agent, Aisha, however, assured me that the hotel was equipped to provide any necessary essentials, safety, care, and continued electricity so that guests are cared for and comfortable during a storm, if required. She certainly made me feel at ease, fortunately I made it home before the weather came.
