Yes the so called airport hotel is 20 mins from the airport the so called shuttle never ran. And the staff were horrible. it cost me 30 dollars each way to the hotel and back to airport the hotel is by a highway not the airport at all. The place was noisy and very loud. My room on a sunday morning I was awaken by screaming kids in the pool under my room. the hallways were trashed and the maid for frantic. NEVER AGAIN and if your looking for a airport hotel Hazelwood by 270 is not one.

The bed sheets were used by previous guest, there was hair, dirt and stains all over the sheets. Room was not cleaned well at all there was fingerprints all over room. Our car was broken into as well. We brought all of these concerns to the front staff and management attention and they didn't care Also they are supposed to have complimentary breakfast which we saw nothing out and no signs for breakfast But we all know the breakfast is actually calculated in the room cost so I'd like to know where the breakfast is that we paid for???

I stayed in Edmundson due to its proximity to the airport. Access to all of St. Louis was surprisingly easy. The few people I interacted with were polite and personable. I was unable to do any sightseeing during the trip.

If you're looking for a clean hotel with great amenities this is the place. This hotel smells wonderful, great decor. Has a restaurant and coffee bar. Places to gather for conversations. Warm, homey feeling. Our stay was wonderful. We had a great view of the airport, we saw several planes take off and land. We had littles and they loved it. Beds were decently comfortable. The pools are small, but traveling in June I found the pools to be empty so we didn't mind. Overall this hotel lives up to the hype. Book it! you're 15 mins away from the Gateway Arch, minutes from Walmart and several eatery's.

The hotel needs a major upgrade the pics online are very different once arrived the room door was hard to open and the kick was broke the toilet kept running all night needs to upgrade better tv channels and one of my rooms was not clean very well they last guest left clothes and the covers was nasty had to get someone to come clean that up just and over all bad experience the elevator seems like it didn't wanna work at times then my room key didn't work after going to dinner and coming back. The location and staff was great but the overall hotel just needs work.

I stayed at Hyatt house in Atlanta Dunwoody the night before. It was far superior to Hyatt Regency STL. It’s long in the tooth- needs updating and what’s up with standard sized pillows in a king room. It’s time to bring back the amenities I would like a glass in my bathroom, please and body lotion, also a robe should be an essential.
