The room was so very clean and the AC was blasting, which was great because it was in the midst of a heat wave. We loved that we could walk next door to Billy's bar and bowling alley and have a well-earned cold beer after our long drive. Thunderbird was quiet and the black out shades on the window let us sleep in the next morning, even though the sun was up and blazing early. The value for the money was exceptional and we were so happy with this place.

The motel was happily reminiscent of all those wonderful 'roadside' motels we frequented as a family when I was a child, traversing the country. I couldn't have been happier with the place.

Less than 10 minutes’ walk from Dorothy’s House and the Land of Oz Museum, this hotel features guest rooms with cable TV and a free Wi-Fi. A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily. Quick and easy check-in (we'd been before) and the room was clean and cozy. Staff are nice and accommodating. Even when the property is busy we can't hear the neighbors and we love that there's a Taco Johns down the road.

The husband talked with my daughter (who is going to the Community College in Liberal) and gave her words of encouragement. The wife also came over and talked with her and gave her some more words of encouragement and talked about their sons as well Great place to stay!♥️
