Bed was huge and so soft and comfy, pillows were amazing. Had free water in room. Gave you a free cookie on check in and the free airport shuttle 24hr is amazing, leaves every 30min on the hour.

The room was decent enough the bathroom was clean The kitchen was not clean and it had roaches The host was unprofessional not pleasant very rude to other gas in the house and I wasn't aware that I was going to be sharing a bathroom

There wasn't much that I liked about this hotel.
There wasn't much that I liked about this hotel. The hotel service was really bad. It was 25 degrees outside and cold in the hotel on one side of the room by the window. The heater was barely heating to my satisfaction and all I had was a thin cover. I asked the attendant at the desk for a blanket, and he looked at me as if I was from another planet. He suggested that I turn the temperature to the ideal setting of 78 degrees. The heater worked for a while and then it wasn't as effective later in the morning. I would suggest better service and a blanket at least.

I have chosen to go there again ! My previous booking was also via Booking.com ! However, this time ! The experience was terrible! I will no longer consider this hotel for the next monthly stay! The manager or so called! She needs hotel training ...

Everything about this stay was perfect for me. Very clean & fresh, comfortable room and the location was ideal. Easy walk to the park, bar & lounges as well as restaurants and grab & go stores. Definitely would recommend & for sure would use this location for my next stay.

Incredible location with subway to JFK about 30 feet from the hotel and so close to attractions. Staff were lovely, and room and bathroom were clean and spacious. There were always a few hot options for breakfast, plus fresh waffles, porridge, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, bagels, toast. Would really recommend as a budget friendly option in a really central location

Location is a dream: it starts and finishes here. The morning and afternoon staff were friendly. The night and morning desk staff allowed us to leave the room at 11:30 without additional charge - we were advices that after that charges would start. We could leave our luggage till 20:00 at the hotel, and they got a very good taxi to JFK airport.

Moxy is absolute budject hotel to stay in the heart of down town Manhattan.. Close to world trade centre and broklyn bridge.. And many shopping centers near buy.. As a solo traveler I enjoyed staying here in moxy.. I would highly prefer this to all on solo travel. Easy to reach from JFK airport. Walking distance to all famous destinations.

The rooftop bar was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but probably still larger than most in the area. The location was superb (great Bryant park) and we took the train from JFK to Penn station which was very convenient for the hotel.
