So very welcoming and helpful when we needed assistance. Loved that service from&to the airport for free (although we had a rental car in any case..) They also gave us coconuts and fruits from their garden. Nice pool for all to share. Also with restrooms. Free parking. Lovely kids and dogs and staff. We could leave our luggage with them in their house after check out. AC in the bedrooms was perfect to give good sleep. Felt safe. They came with a table and 2 extra chairs for us for outside use. (There was a sofa but we were 4 ppl)

Our room was comfortable for our family of four. Also, the pool was always a welcome relief after our daily excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ngermid Oasis and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved that it was tucked away a few miles from downtown Koror. Jerome and Godiva go above and beyond starting with communication before arrival. We stayed for 10 nights and they helped with booking tours, taxis, car rentals etc. It was the perfect home away from home for exploring Palau. Thank you!
