Bikes have a secure shed and cars can be parked in lock up area. Manager is exceptionally helpful and happily accommodated all our requests.

The stewed plums, picked from the garden, are just amazing. You won't regret staying here.

Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting the bay of islands, which was one of my favorite places in New Zealand. We had one room with a lot of area, and another with very little area, so that was interesting.
