This is very unique experience, I have my own private tiny house no share with anyone else. Due to landscaping work outside, inside toilet not available at time I was there. But tap water is available. There is one portable toilet for use outside. Also can cook in the food truck I want to treat my self. It is good for escaping from people. Feel so special love it.

Clean, roomy, and great as i had my grandchildren with me aged 5 and 10. The owner was very helpful and great communication with me about parking etc. Didn't use the laundry facilities, but it looked great. Location is pretty central and close to main roads. Very quiet area, although housing is quite close to each other, you still feel like you are on your own until you hear or see the neighbors. Great place to stay..
