I only had an overnight stay awaiting the border crossing. I arrived late and Lionel was very accommodating and made me feel welcome. He gave me ongoing travel information and dinner recommendations. The room was comfortable and clean. The rear yard was lovely and lush, when I looked in the morning. I only wish I had more time to stay a few days. Lake view from the front balconey too.

Staff, especially the owner Oscar were great and hospitable. Rooms were basic but clean and comfy. Shower was very spacious. This place is one of those where you don't expect much but get pleasently surprised. If your path takes you to Los Chiles, this is your place.

The facility is so great, lovely garden and a nice pool area. We got great support from the reception to book tours. The staff are very friendly and professional. The food is excellent, the chef is very professional. The whole facility was very clean. The manager and his family are very welcoming. We highly recommend this place.
