The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Best feature was staying in the park and being just a few minutes walk from HQ and the cafe. We had some power issues on the second night and third day but it was dealt with expeditiously. We didn't use it but there is laundry service available.

The location of this homestay is the best part about it. It's a 2 minute walk from the park entrance while still giving you the feel of being outside of the park. They kept power on the whole time so we could still charge things throughout the day and keep the fans on all night. At nights the rooms cooled down and were comfortable. The bathrooms were shared but we were the only people here so it felt private.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mulu Tribal Homestay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kindness and thoughtfulness of Denny and Salina made our stay very enjoyable. The local but adapted food is delicious. Our children loved swimming in the river just behind (soft sand). The location of the Mulu Tribal Homestay is very convenient. Right across from the airport and a 10-15 minute walk from the park entrance. Transportation is available on site.

AA Homestay se nachází v destinaci Mulu a poskytuje ubytování s posezením. Albert and his family are super kind and nice. His daughters can make genuine local food, recommend to try the fern and fried rice/noodles. We have stayed at AA homestay for 4 nights, it’s kinda like a home in the rainforest. Room is spotlessly clean and offer free hot water to make coffee. And they will offer food in meal time. The location is a bonus, only 5 mins walk to the entrance of park. Besides, the bottle water and food price are lower than the grocery store in Mulu park.

Helena Homestay se nachází v destinaci Mulu. Národní park Gunung Mulu je 1,4 km odtud. Na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště. This review is based on the situations in a remote place like Mulu. The stay was good. It's about 1-1.5 km from Mulu national park and airport, so it's in walkable location. The host Helena and Shania was supportive. The room had 3 single beds. Initially I thought it would be a dormitory type of stay. But they have multiple rooms. It is a budget homestay. They prepare dinner and lunch is you ask for. Prices are at par with Mulu park restaurant.

Výborné palačinky na snídani 😊 Roztomilé domácí kočky a psi 🐈🐈‍⬛ 🐕 Mohli jsme si i vyprat prádlo u nich v pračce 😁

Mulu Marriott Resort se nachází v Miri v deštném pralese poblíž hranic mezi Malajsií a Brunejí. Stojí u řeky Melinau Paku a je obklopen přírodou a svěží zelení. Beautiful hotel and its surroundings . Spacious room and comfortable bed. Free shuttle to airport and National Park. I had a nice surprise on return from our morning excursion , they decorated my room with Birthday cards and balloons and a towel birthday cake on the bed as well as a chocolate birthday cake too !! All the excursions booked through the hotel start from within the hotel and with lunch and snack and a smaller group. The price is more expensive than the excursions from the National Park but it is definitely worth it.
