With mountain views, The Albatross, Kandy is set in Digana and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, sun terrace and year-round outdoor pool. Absolutely wonderful. Just sorry we were only there 1 night. Ideal accommodation to get down to Victoria Resevoir for the seaplane or if you are a golfer. Lovely gardens with a very clean swimming pool, steam and sauna and also a jacuzzi. Location, room, food and all those we interacted with on site were exceptional. We were well looked after by the chefs Mr Anoora and Mr Benidict and also by barman/waiter Ayesh.

The three lads including the chef were beyond excellent. Hoppers served for breakfast was simply to die for. Food was excellent. Ask for local food and you get served a veritable delicious feast
