Small B&B’s are great but it’s also nice to check into a modern, clean, spacious hotel with a staff that’s there onsite instead of commuting by text. My room and bathroom were perfect, breakfast was nice, and the design of the hotel was really very beautiful. Agricultural setting with black bunnies also very nice!?

This property offers a Special Protection Program, a strict program of precise safeguards dedicated to our guests and our staff. The room was with a king size bed which was small but typical of European size rooms. The room, bathroom and terrace were very clean. Their restaurant was excellent and their waiter Marco was awesome. Best food for dinner we had in Parma and so we had dinner there for 3 nights. We never had breakfast there bc we were always on the run, but did see that they had a very nice spread for breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable room with everything you need. Shared toilet with Salvatore, the host, but he only has one double bedroom for rent. Exceptional service from Salvatore who is very thoughtful and kind. He helped me find parking nearby as there is a two hour parking limit (parking metres) in the streets outside near the property.
