This budget hotel is 100 metres from Reykjavik's BSI Bus Terminal, the arrival/departure point for Keflavík International Airport buses. It offers free WiFi and parking. Close to the BSI bus station so excursion transportation can Pick you up (usually that's the meeting point). Right in the heart of Reykjavík, situated within a short distance of Hallgrímskirkja Church and Solfar Sun Voyager, Luxury Apartment Central Reykjavík offers free WiFi, air conditioning and household... The apartment was spacious, bright, very clean, and modern. Great location near the main transport route and just a few steps from the city center. Perfect amenities. Easy and free parking. The only thing to get used to is that the apartment is more or less on the ground floor, and the windows are large. So, you need to be aware that if you open the vertical blinds, the apartment might be visible from the street. I can recommend the stay.
Fantastic location, located closely to so many fantastic restaurants, grocery stores and everything you need to enjoy your stay.... very easy to drive into Reykjavik or head out onto the Ring Road elsewhere.
Hlid Fisherman's Village had lots of "viking" character with some very interesting maritime realia, close proximity to Icelandic horses, heritage chickens, a koi pond, cedar sauna and two rooftop hot tubs. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the view was to the sea.
Although an expensive country, the atmosphere at Reykjavik was wonderful and we had a great time. Highlight was a visit to the Blue Lagoon and whilst it wasnt as classy as the Sky Lagoon it had the Blue water which made it special and different to any other hot springs visit and we had a wonderful time there. Also visited Perlman museum which was interesting and very well done. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend Reykjavik for a visit
This is one of ,,those,, accommodations where you want to spend the night after a week full of traveling. It is clear that the owner has a sense of detail and quality. You can feel the quality on the materials and furnishings, the equipment of the entire apartment and the services that are here. Everything is still new, clean. Situated in a quiet location. We slept very well! Parking in front of the entrance, Accessibility anywhere is perfect. Since it is new here, the accommodation does not have any review and even though I usually do not write reviews, I think this one deserves one. For the price, it is exclusive accommodation and we will definitely come back here.
ive already answered these questions twice. we paid for a superior room and got one. Neighborhood is out of the way but has great views and animals and is near the road to Costco. we spent 2 weeks driving the entire island and enjoyed it. This place has a theme tastefully done and modern amenities. The Viking Hotel restaurant where you check -in has a nice themed restaurant good food and service.
our Hotel Cabin was very close to the cruise port. The walk would have been a bit far for us, so we opted for the $25 cab ride. There were restaurants that closed at 9pm and a convenience store/ gas station across the street that was only open daytime hours while we were there. maybe about a 4 block walk to BUS STOP 12 where we picked up our Golden Circle Tour. there were many other tours leaving from there too. Seemed like a safe area! People were very friendly and helpful!!
